Deborah Ann Peaslee

Deborah Ann Peaslee, 69, of Linwood house passed away peacefully with her staff beside her, on Monday February 16, 2026 after a period of declining health.

She is survived by her housemates and Linwood house family at Open Sky Community Services where she has lived for the past 40 years.

Born in Weymouth, MA, she was the daughter of the late William L. and Barbara (Minter ) Peaslee.

Between singing at the top of her lungs and cracking jokes with her friends, there's never been a room Deb couldn't brighten. She was the Beatles' biggest fan, an avid collector of trinkets, spoons, keys, and bags, and a sworn New England girl - drinking iced coffee in the winter to her last. With sweets or french fries, of course.

She was known as being kindhearted and cheeky. If she couldn't make you laugh, she could at least make you blush. And no matter what she could make you feel loved. Deb was a bright light in all of our lives and she'll shine on long after she's gone. May she rest easy in the strawberry fields forever.

Visiting Hours will be held Thursday, February 26, 2026 from 9:30 am-11:00 am with a Funeral Service to take place at 11:00 am at the BUMA FUNERAL HOME, 101 N. Main Street, Uxbridge.

Burial will be private.
