Loving Wife, Sister, Aunt, and Cherished Friend

Debbie peacefully passed into the arms of Jesus in the early morning hours on Christmas Eve, 2025, after a brief, but valiantly fought illness.

Debbie was a lifelong resident of St. Paul, MN. She was born on January 31, 1960, the fourth daughter to Charles and Eleanor Hurlbert. She attended St. Agnes Grade School, St. Agnes Middle School, and St. Agnes High School -- a "13-year Aggie."

Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Eleanor Hurlbert, as well as her sisters, Patricia and Carole, her brother-in-law, Bob, and her beloved kitties, Flynn, Lacy, and Billy.

Debbie is survived by her loving husband (Frank), whom she married on April 14, 2007. She is also survived by her sister Charlene, as well as several nieces and nephews, and two kitties who were lucky enough to call her "Auntie Deb." She will be missed eternally by many friends, who were lucky enough to call her "family of the heart."

Debbie loved Nascar (Tony Stewart was "her guy"-- if you know, you know). She loved sunflowers and orange kitties.

Debbie was generous to a fault and "sprinkled kindness" wherever she went. She was quick to offer help at a moment's notice, and she always had the right words to soothe the souls of those she loved. One of the accomplishments in which Debbie took great pride was co-authoring a book in the "Grief Diaries" anthology of books specifically relating to eating disorders.
