Deborah A Sabat

Deborah A. (Sevret) Sabat, 63 of Bayville, NJ entered into eternal rest on Friday, February 20, 2026 at home surrounded by her loving family.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Friday, February 27, 2026 from 4pm to 8pm in the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home, 301 E. Blancke Street Linden.

Deborah was born and raised in Elizabeth before moving to Linden in 1980 where she lived before moving to Bayville in 2019.

She was a cashier for A&P, Pathmark and Shoprite before retiring many years ago.

Deborah was predeceased by her parents Arthur and Rosa Sevret Kasabucki , her step father Joe Kasabucki, a brother Louis Sevret and a sister Jacqueline Sevret, a sister Barbara Santee and her husband Edward Santee, Jr. sister In-law Carol Sabat and sister In-law Patty Sabat

Loving wife of Anthony "Joe" Sabat, loving mother to Melissa Sevret, Alan Panzano, Jacquline Duprez (Panzano) and her husband Alex. Dear sister to Robert Sevret and his wife Debbie, Stephen Sevret and his wife Noreen and Marie Kiefer, her husband Walter and sister In-law Maryann Sabat, sister In-law Denise Sabat, brother In-law John Sabat and brother In-law Eddie Sabat

Cherished grandmother to Isabella Duprez and Ryleigh Magyar and step-grandmother to Zachary, Natalie and Gabrielle Duprez, also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
