Deborah S. Lloyd Sherrill, 63, of Owensboro, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2019 under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. She was born in Daviess County to William Edward Lloyd and Barbara Estes Colwell. Deborah was a dedicated homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed watching sports, especially NASCAR, wrestling and U.K. Basketball. Deborah was preceded in death by a brother, Darrell Lloyd; her sister, Sharon Lloyd; step-father, Kenneth Colwell; and grandmother, Sue Estes. She is survived by her son, Eric Lloyd (his fiancé, Stephanie Roberts); her daughter, Misty Nicely; mother, Barbara Colwell; her pride and joy, Austin Nicely and several other grandchildren; siblings, Donna White, Bonnie Kays (Ralph), Delbert "Bubbie" Howard and Terry Howard; sister-in-law, Kathy Lloyd, all of Owensboro; and many nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be at 2:00 Saturday, May 25 at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory, where visitation will last from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Burial will be at Kelly Cemetery.
