It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Deborah J. Trantham on March 13, 2026, at the age of 76. Born on April 27, 1949, in Maryland, Deborah spent her life as a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend to many.
Deborah was beloved mother to Valarie Bunnell, Frank Bunnell Jr., and Gloria Tonery and her husband Joe Tonery. She opened her heart to Eileen Anders and Starr Case, whom she loved as if they were her own children. Her legacy lives on through her grandchildren: Samantha Doles, Essa Olberg, Michael Kidwell Jr., Paige Noss, Faith Noss, David Alderson Jr. and his wife Sara Alderson, Joshua Alderson and Tiana Webb, as well as her great-grandchildren, Dante' Doles III and Jack Alderson. She will be missed dearly by her many loving friends and extended family.
A lover of the sci-fi genre, Deborah was passionate about both Star Trek and Star Wars. She could often be found knitting, crocheting, or lost in a good book.
Rest in peace, Deborah.
