Deborah "Debbie" Elaine (Quick) Vallero was born July 14, 1955, in St. Louis, Missouri. She was the daughter of Chester Sylvester and Menta (Barton) Quick. Debbie grew up in Collinsville, Illinois and graduated in 1973 from Collinsville High School. After high school, Debbie earned her LPN License and started her nursing career.
Debbie was united in marriage to the love of her life, Garry Michael Vallero, September 12, 1992. Together they created a home filled with love, laughter, and precious memories. They shared a wonderful life that lasted nearly thirty-five years until Garry's passing July 7, 2025.
Debbie and Garry were blessed with one son, Nick. Her most cherished role was that of a devoted mother. Her granddaughter Sophia was her pride and joy, and she was looking forward to the arrival of baby Vincent.
Debbie loved spending time outdoors where she found peace and inspiration. She enjoyed watching the wildlife, like spending time on the river, and loved sitting by a bonfire. These moments were often shared with her family and friends.
Debbie passed away October 11, 2025, in Springfield, Missouri, at the age of seventy years. Those left behind to carry on her memory include her loving son: Nick Vallero and Mariah Adams of Salem, MO; sisters: Patty Hartman and husband Ron of Caseyville, IL and Kathy Wills and partner Geri Barnett of Rolla, MO; grandchildren: Sophia and baby Vincent on the way; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and dear friends.
Preceding her in death were her husband: Garry Vallero; parents: Chester and Menta (Barton) Quick; and brothers: Daniel, Donald, and Ronnie Quick.
