Born in Leachville she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Lucille Hearty Vassar and had been a lifelong Manila resident. Debbie was employed by Manila Nursing Center with 38 years of service and was a past recipient of the Arkansas Certified Nurses Aide of the Year Award. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by 1 sister, Anna Mae Miles. Survivors include: Her daughter, Kaylee Vassar of Manila 5 BROTHERS: Bobby Vassar C.L. Vassar, both of Hartford, MI Jerry Vassar of Manila Phillip Vassar of Jonesboro Terry Vassar of Manila 2 SISTERS: Bonnie Estes of Mammoth Springs, AR Linda Coleman of Manila Funeral Services will be 3 PM Sunday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with the Rev. William Vassar and Robby Vassar officiating. Burial will follow in the Manila Cemetery. The family will receive visitors Sunday afternoon from 1 PM until service time.
