Deborah Veade Obituary

Mrs. Veade, age 73 of Plaucheville, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at Flannery House in Baton Rouge.
Deborah was a devout Catholic and member of the Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church. She taught 30 plus years at Sacred Heart Catholic School in Moreauville, where her love of children shined through. Deborah was also a breast cancer survivor.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Thomas James Veade; her parents, Joseph and Lena Moreau Guillot; and a sister, Lorraine Rita Guillot.
Survivors include her son, Derek James Veade (Tricia Thibaut) of Baton Rouge; siblings, Brian Guillot of Zachary, Cynthia G. Parr (Phillip) of Broken Aarow, OK and Brenda G. Coco of Moreauville; and granddaughter, Hannah Katherine Veade.
Friends may visit on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. at Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church in Plaucheville.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
