Mrs. Deborah Jean Light Warnock, age 73 of Lyerly, Georgia passed away Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at the Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Mrs. Warnock was born in Rome, Georgia on March 17, 1952, daughter of the late Jeddy S. Light and Mildred Frances Ashworth Light. She was a member of the Sonrise Community Church and was retired from the Lab at Mohawk Industries. Mrs. Warnock was an avid animal lover and enjoyed cleaning, working in the yard and playing computer games, but her favorite activity was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Warnock was preceded in death by four sisters, Raynell Wiseman, Faye Duke, Pat Light Woods, Carol Ash and Maxine Jones.

Mrs. Warnock is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Lisa Mitchell (Jim Odum), April and Jeremy Davenport and Tracie and Greg Dotson; sisters and brothers-in-law, Nancy Light, Fredda McCrickard, Roxie and Larry Weesner and Liz and Jimmy Bennett; brothers and sister-in-law, Jerry Light and Billy and Debbie Light; 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services for Mrs. Warnock will be held at 6:00 P.M. Friday, September 26, 2025 at the SonRise Community Church with pastor Steve Nichols officiating.
