Mr. Jerry Dale DeBerry, age 71 of Menlo, Georgia passed away Friday, September 19, 2025 in a Rome hospital.
Mr. DeBerry was born in Lafayette, Georgia on December 29, 1953, son of the late Ennis Harold DeBerry and Cecil Nelson DeBerry. He was retired from the finishing department at Mt. Vernon Mills and was of the Baptist Faith.
In addition to his parents, Mr. DeBerry was preceded in death by a son, Jeremy Shane DeBerry; sisters, Barbara Jean Rosson, Linda Joyce Shaver and Debbie Lynn England; and brothers, Fred DeBerry, Jimmy DeBerry, Terry DeBerry and Harold DeBerry.
Mr. DeBerry is survived by a son, Christopher Chase DeBerry; brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Elaine DeBerry; two grandchildren, Anslie DeBerry Rosson and Jackson Rosson; special friend, Kelly Kirby and a number of nieces and nephews.
Memorial Graveside Services for Mr. DeBerry will be held Wednesday, September 24, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. in the AMI Cemetery with Rev. Sanford DeBerry officiating.
There will be no visitation.
