Deborah "Debbie" A. Wolfe, a lifelong resident of Beacon, entered into rest on November 14, 2025 at Vassar
Brothers Medical Center with her family by her side. She was 63 years old.
Born in Beacon on February 24, 1962, she was the daughter of the late Richard D. and Josephine DiPerno Malouf. She graduated from Beacon High School. On June 22, 1985 she married Christopher Wolfe. Chris survives at home.
Debbie dedicated 37 years of service to New York State DOC, starting as an Inmate Records Coordinator at Beacon Correctional Facility and working her way up to Regional Director of Inmate Records before her retirement in 2017. She enjoyed camping, taking road trips with her family, and spending time at her Delaware beach house, where she created many happy memories with family and friends. Her greatest pride and joy were her grandchildren, whom she loved deeply. Even throughout her illness, Debbie continued to care for those around her. She found happiness in cooking for her family and friends, always making sure everyone felt welcomed and loved.
In addition to her husband, Christopher, she is survived by her daughter, Heather DelBianco and her husband, Mark; her son, Christopher Wolfe and his wife, Hannah; her grandchildren, Leah and Angelo DelBianco; her brother, Richard Malouf; her sisters, Jo-Marie VanBuren and Donna Trappe; her sister in law, Lisa Miller and her husband, Al; her nieces, Jennifer Wenzel, Kristen Sidebottom, Lauren Braun, Allison Tkachenko and Andrea Malouf; her nephews, Jason VanBuren, Bradley VanBuren and R.J. Trappe; her grand-dog, Rollie.
She was pre deceased by her parents, Richard and Josephine Malouf and also her mother and father-in-law, Ave Wolfe and Clarence Wolfe.
Family and friends will gather on Tuesday, November 18 from 3 to 7 p.m. at Riverview Funeral Home by Halvey, 2 Beekman Street, Beacon. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, November 19 at 10 a.m. at St. Joachim Church, 51 Leonard Street, Beacon.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you and appreciation to Dr. Godoy of NYOH Albany, the Hudson Infusion Center and the Dyson Infusion Center and Radiation Department for their care of Debbie.
