Debra was born on January 19, 1955 and passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2019. Debra was a resident of South Shore, Kentucky at the time of passing. Debra was a graduate of the 1973 class of McKell High School, which was the last graduating class. Visitation will be after 12:30 p.m., Thursday, at the Church.
