Debra Bailey Obituary

Mrs. Debra Lynn Bailey, age 66, of Rainsville, who passed away on Friday, August 29, 2025. Rev.
Jeffrey Wootten will officiate. Burial will be at Town Creek Cemetery. W.T. Wilson Funeral Home
is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Bailey was preceded in death by her father, Jesse Willoughby; mother, Jessie Willoughby.
She is survived by her loving husband, Timothy E. Bailey; sister-in-law, Charlsie Crowell; niece,
Cheri Yancey; great nieces, Bailey (Dylan) Rice and Taylor (Taylor) Barrontine.
The family will receive friends on Monday, September 1, 2025 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at
W.T. Wilson Funeral Home.
