Debra Kay "Debbie" Carroll

Debra Kay (Debbie) Carroll, 72, of Sherwood passed away Saturday, January 31st. She was born June 30, 1953 to Henry and Jean Reid. She was a 1971 Honor graduate of Hazen High School. Right after graduation she married the love of her life and soul mate, Ray Carroll. They would have celebrated their 55th anniversary May 28th. In April 1977 they were blessed with her pride and joy, Tony was born. He kept this honor until grandkids, Cotton and RiverRay were born, and they took over that position.
Debbie worked a 54 year long career in the mortgage banking field and was a member of Faith Baptist Church of North Little Rock.
Debbie is survived by her husband, Ray; son Tony (Kelli) Carroll; 2 grandchildren Cotton and RiverRay; Ray's son, Wesley (Cindy) Pry, their children, Haley and Christopher; 2 sisters Connie Swaim and Edie (Phillip) Tweedy and 3 nephews and a host of chosen children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews who she loved dearly and they loved her.
There will be a visitation Wednesday, February 4th, 2026 beginning at 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM held at Westbrook Funeral Home in Hazen. A Celebration of Life service will be Thursday, February 5th, 2026 beginning at 10:00AM with a visitation prior to the service beginning at 9:00AM held at Faith Baptist Church of North Little Rock located at 5600 Camp Robinson Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas. Interment will follow at the Hazen Cemetery beginning at 1:00PM.
In Lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to the Faith Baptist Church or charity of your choosing.
