Debra Lynn Dwyer

Debra Lynn Dwyer, 62 of Germantown, MD, passed away June 25, 2022, at Casey House, Montgomery Hospice, Rockville MD, after a battle with brain cancer
For 44 years Debra ran and owned, Debbie's Day Care Center for children. She also had a tender loving Cat Care business.
She is survived by her husband, Ronald Thomas Dwyer, one son, Ronald T. Dwyer II, One daughter Jamie Lynn (Dwyer) Harper and husband, Charles and their family daughters, Brianna Noel and Gabriele Marie, all of Germantown. A brother-in-law, August Zinsser, a nephew Cody Zinsser and two Nieces, Kayla and Kacie Zinsser, all of Poolesville MD. She is also survived by her mother Mary E. Howes-Benesh, of Hagerstown, MD
She was preceded in death by her father, James Aubrey Howes and her sister Dawn Marie (Howes) Zinsser.
She was a lovely and delightful individual and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She loved her children and grandchildren with unlimited love. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
