Friends will be received from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m., the time of service, on Tuesday, April 18th, in William G. Neal Funeral Homes, Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington.
Debbie was born on November 15, 1955, in Washington, and attended McGuffey High School. She worked at Interstate Foodland.
Debbie is survived by her daughter, Amber Bentz, and her sons, Jace Ely and Drew Ely, as well as her brother, Joe Hancher. Preceding her in death were her father, Denman Osborn "DO" Hancher, her mother, Marjorie Louise Walker Hancher, her sister, Betty Moore, and her brothers, Ralph Sprowls and Lloyd Sprowls. She is also survived by her nephew, David Sprowls, her nephew, Chris Hancher, her nephew, Bobby Sprowls, and her former husband, John Ely.
