MONTICELLO - Debra S. Jamison, 62, of Monticello, passed away at 8:05 a.m., Saturday, December 13, 2025, at her residence.
Debbie was born on October 3, 1963, in Decatur, Ill. the daughter of Howard Allen and Doris Marie (Svestka) Ryder. She married Michael W. Jamison on July 7, 1990, in Monticello, Ill.
Debbie is survived by her husband, Michael Jamison of Monticello; son, David M. Jamison of Monticello; daughter, Rachel K. Jamison of Monticello; brother, John (Bev) Ryder of Mahomet; brother-in-law, Keven Patrick of Michigan; sister-in-law, Teresa Fowler of Lovington; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Amber Marie Ryder, and sister Kathy Patrick.
Debbie worked as a waitress. She enjoyed reading, puzzles, her dogs, and decorating for Christmas.
Graveside will be held at 1 p.m., Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at the Monticello Township Cemetery.
