Debra Jean Burnett, 68, of Eddy, passed away Tuesday September 26th, 2023, surrounded by her family. Visitation will be Tuesday October 3rd from 6pm-8pm at Pecan Grove Funeral home, 3124 Robinson Dr, Waco. Graveside services will be October 4th at 10am, Hillcrest cemetery, 206 FM-147 Marlin, Tx.
Debra was born March 28th, 1955, to Ira Lee and Crecenthia Burnett in Ector County. She married Richard Doyle Nonamaker in July of 1973, where they had their son Ricky. She remarried to Gordon Douglas "Doug" Krumnow in November of 1978, and they had two daughters, Leann and Tina. During the years of their marriage, she worked as a stay-at-home mother and a private dispatcher for their trucking company. After Doug passed away, she became common law married to Raymond Lee Hargrove Sr. in 1994. During their marriage she worked as a truck part salesperson, until she retired in 2008. In her retirement she enjoyed traveling on cruises, going to the beach, and spending time with her kids, grandkids, her dogs, along with loved reading her books and crocheting. She has made many friends working part time at Pizza hut in her retirement.
Debra was preceded in death by her brothers, Danny Burnett and Mark Burnett; her late husbands Doug Krumnow and Raymond Hargrove Sr. and many aunts and uncles.
Debra is survived by her parents Ira Lee and Crecentha Burnett of Waco; her son Richard Ira Nonamaker of Eddy; her daughter Debra Leann and husband Stacey Rabe of Franklin; her daughter Tina Douglas and husband Kevin Bruner of Eddy; stepson Kevin Krumnow and wife Dana of Marlin; sister Linda Gayle of Elm Mott; sister Lisa Watkins; adopted Daughter Ashley Pilgrim of Troy; grandkids, Heston Krumnow, Shelby Gramham, Brett, Abigail, Audrey Bruner, Breanna Bell and along with many more grandkids and great grandkids.
