Debra A. Landez

Debra Landez, beloved wife, sister, daughter-in-law, and aunt, passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 55. Her passing has left a deep void in the lives of those who knew and loved her.

Debra was born on April 10, 1968, to Encarnacion and Evangelina Aleman. She was the loving wife of Lawrence Landez, with whom she shared many beautiful memories and a strong bond. Debra's caring nature and warm heart endeared her to her family and friends, and she will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known her.

Debra's presence had a meaningful impact on the lives of those around her. She was always there for her loved ones, providing comfort, support, and unwavering love. Her gentle spirit will forever be remembered as a guiding light in the hearts of those she cherished.

Debra Landez is survived by her husband Lawrence Landez, who will forever hold her memory dear. She is also survived by her sister Barbara Aleman Reyes and her husband Gerard; her nieces and nephews Matthew and Lauren Reyes. Debra's love extended beyond immediate family as she also leaves behind her brother-in-law David Landez and sister-in-law Patricia Enriquez. Additionally, she is survived by her nephews and nieces Timothy, Shawn, Brittany, Evan, and John Ryan; her father-in-law Oscar Landez. She is preceded in death by her parents, Encarnacion and Evangelina Aleman, grandparents Frank and Antonia Arevalos, her aunt Gregoria Menchaca, nephew D.J. Johnson, and mother-in-law Elizabeth Landez.

To honor Debra's life and share cherished memories with family and friends, visitation services will be held on October 4th from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Puente & Sons Funeral Chapels-South in San Antonio, Texas. Following the visitation, a prayer service will take place from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location.

A celebration of Debra's life will be held on October 5th at Gateway Fellowship Church Highlands in San Antonio, Texas. The service will begin at 10:00 AM and conclude at 11:00 AM. It will serve as a time for family and friends to pay their respects, reflect on the beautiful moments they shared with Debra, and find solace in one another's company.

Debra A. Landez's departure has left an irreplaceable void in the lives of those who cherished her. She will be remembered not only for her kind heart, but also for her unwavering love, compassion, devotion to her family, and her dedication to the C.I.O.C. Cancer Support Group. May her soul find eternal peace, and may all who mourn her loss find comfort knowing that she will forever be watching over them.
