Celebrating the life and legacy of Debra Renee Marshall affectionately known as “Debbie.”  Debbie was born in San Francisco, California on March 11, 1963. Debbie, a beautiful bouncing ball of joy joined the union of Bobbie Marshall and Walter Marshall Sr. Debbie accepted Christ as her lord and savior at Tried Stone Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Pastor C.C. Smith.

Debbie began her elementary education in San Francisco, California. In 1978, Debbie moved to Las Vegas NV, to reunite with her siblings whom she missed and loved dearly.  Debbie loved, adored and cared for her siblings so much, until Bobbie Marshall, (their mother) told Daren “Debbie always gives Walter “Ray,” (her brother) extra lunch money.  It was imperative for Walter “Ray” to have this extra money because his appetite was much bigger than hers and one lunch just wasn’t enough!  Her love for her siblings, children & family remains limitless and unconditional.

Debbie continued her education at Brinley Jr high School and graduated from Western High School in Las Vegas NV.  Debbie excelled in her studies, completing her courses in January, to later go back to walk with her original class in May of 1981.

Debbie embarked on her career where she was especially devoted to her job at the “Wild Pair” where she could unwittingly use her personal prominent people skills. With the most beautiful radiant smile, she would capture the attention of anyone who was ready to buy shoes. Debbie owned every pair of high heel shoes the Wild Pair sold. Debbie had calves that reflected on just how much she loved her high heels that she could also run in.  Debbie credits her beautiful calves to the HILLS OF SAN FRANCISCO!  Where she walked up and down and up and down those very steep hills, (Pre-Car) that is. Debbie continued her career in the customer service field at Kohl’s, where she worked until her untimely departure.

Debbie is preceded in death by her Mother Bobbie Marshall; grandparents Mose and Ida Smith of Las Vegas, NV; and cousin Edmond Neil of San Francisco, California

Debbie leaves to cherish her legacy two daughters: Unique Chappell and Danielle Marshall; one son Damien Marshall Sr.; one bonus son Kenneth “Deuce” Goodwin Jr.; Three grandchildren: Kenneth “Quan” Goodwin III, Damien “DJ” Marshall Jr. and Rhyann Harris; two brothers: Walter “Ray” Marshall Jr. and Anthony Marshall; three sisters: Daren George, Kimberlee Guice, and Bethinia Washington all of Las Vegas, NV; two Aunts: Dorothy Washington of Las Vegas, NV and Irene Neil of Antioch, California; six nieces; four nephews; and a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.

Debbie will be missed but never forgotten and her memories will forever be in our hearts
