Debra Sue Medow, 54, of Crystal Lake, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully at home on July 22, 2024. She was born on August 17, 1969 in Elmhurst, IL to Alan and Linda Nelson.
On July 24, 2005, Debbie married Michael Medow in Lake in the Hills, IL; together they celebrated nearly 20 beautiful years of marriage and were blessed with a daughter, Kristina.
In addition to her husband, Debbie is survived by her daughter, Kristina Medow; her father, Alan (Deborah) Nelson; her mother, Linda (Ralph) Sorenson; her brothers-in-law, Todd Mugler and Gary Buslik; sister-in-law, RuthAnn Taylor; father-in-law, Jerry Medow; nephews, Josh (Olivia) Mugler and Brad Mugler, niece, Abigail Mugler, and by many loving friends and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Sandra Mugler; her nephew, Elliott Taylor; and by her mother-in-law, Sandra Medow.
A Celebration of Debbie's life will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 11 AM at The Orchard Church, 1301 S Grove Ave, Barrington, IL 60010. Friends may gather from 10:30 AM until the time of service at church.
