Lorain - Debra Ann Smith, 60, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
She was born on May 24, 1965 in Lorain, OH to James W. and Carol Ann (nee Muc) Dailey. Debra was a nurse's aide at Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Avon, OH. She enjoyed playing BINGO, gambling, and couponing but nothing compared to the love she had spending time with her grandchildren.
Debra is survived by her father, James Dailey; children, Denise (Kevin Jameson) Dailey and Kyle Smith; grandchildren, Samantha, Kevin, and Clint; and brother, James D. (Christina Moore) Dailey.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clinton Smith; mother, Carol Dailey; and sister, Joyce Linder.
