Debra (Debbie) Jneane West-Stewart , age 74, of Bartlett, TN, passed away peacefully on February 10, 2026 , surrounded by her loved ones.

She was a loving mother and an amazing wife whose kindness, strength, and warmth touched everyone who knew her. Debbie was born on October 22, 1951 in Memphis, TN to William H. Parks Sr. and Nora Kay Parks. She built a life filled with love, laughter, and devotion.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Reisinger; her children,Robbie West-Johnson, Heath West, Brad West; and her cherished grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother Bill Parks.

She was preceded in death by her parents and son Timothy Ryan West.

Debbie will be remembered for her generous heart, unwavering support for her family, and the joy she brought into every room. Her love and guidance will live on through her children and grandchildren, who were the pride and joy of her life.

A service will be held on February 14,2026 at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Popular Avenue Memphis, TN 38119 at 1 p.m. Visitation will be held from 12 p.m.- 1 p.m.

Her memory will forever be treasured and she will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
