Debra Thompson Obituary
Debbie, age 61, went to her heavenly home Monday, March 25, 2024. She was a lifelong resident of Tickfaw. Debbie loved everything about LSU and she never met a stranger. She was an avid hunter, and a dear friend willing to help everyone. Debbie was a loving daughter, sister, and aunt who is already deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Debbie is survived by her loving companion, Joe Ruffalo; mother, Mary Ann Thompson; sister, Lisa Thompson; brother, James Thompson; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
Debbie is preceded in death by her father, Bert Thompson; siblings, Brenda, Linda, Bert, Jr., and Richard Thompson; and nephew, Brandon Lee Thompson.
Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Visitation from the Chapel of Brandon G. Thompson Funeral Home on Friday, March 29, 2024 from 10:00 am until the start of the Funeral Service at 12:00 noon. Pastor Carlin Sanders will officiate with interment to follow in the New Life Baptist Church Cemetery.
