Debra Lee Minish Webb, 68, of Morganton, passed away Monday, August 21, 2023 at Mission Hospital in Asheville.
A native of McDowell County, she was born April 3, 1955 to the late Harold Bruce Minish and Betty Jean Lindsey Ellis. She is also preceded in death by her brothers, Allen Minish, Larry Sparks, and Lynn Sparks.
Debbie worked as a secretary for Farm Bureau for ten years, and she later did in-home childcare. She was a member of Solid Rock Baptist Church in Morganton. She loved the Lord and her family immensely. She considered everyone as family and would always go out of her way to help others. Debbie will be remembered for her excellent cooking skills and her beaded jewelry that she made and often gave away.
She is survived by her husband, Donnie Webb; children, Amanda Norman (Adam) and David Webb (Kimberly); five grandchildren, Kristan Roe (John), Ashley Vance (Klayton), Trevor Webb, Devan Harralson, and Jaden Harralson; one great grandson, Brooks Roe; two sisters, Teresa Litzenberger and Stephanie VanDedenter; and a number of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 25, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Beam Funeral Service with Pastor Stacey Lane officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 p.m.
