Debra L. Webber

Debra Lynn Webber, 64, of Havana passed away at her home at 4:26 a.m. on Wednesday, September 13, 2023. She was born on November 9, 1958 in Macomb, Illinois to Arthur and Janice C. (Evans) Dufelmeier. She married Michael Webber, who preceded her in death on June 6, 2023.
Debra is survived by her daughter, Lindsey (Tim) French of Chestnut, Illinois, Michelle (Jerrod) Kelley of Alexandria, Minnesota, Mikey (Jessie) Webber of Eagan, Minnesota, Ryan (Emily) Webber of Alexandria, Minnesota, and Nicole (Kevin) Taylor of Alexandria, Minnesota; grandchildren, Conner and Calvin French, Shane, Sarah, and Sam Kelley, Noah and Rava Webber, Jackson, Ella, and Levi Webber, and Lexi and Lucas Taylor; and siblings, Dianne Dufelmeier-Hills, Carolyn Dufelmeier, Mary Jo (Bob) Maloney, and James (Lil) Dufelmeier. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother, Mark Dufelmeier.
Debra was a member of the Havana Southern Baptist Church. She worked in insurance for many years with Country Companies, the Insurance Center, and Snedeker Risk Management. Debra's passion was photography, especially taking pictures of park benches and nature, and she won many awards for her photos. She also enjoyed taking walks in the morning, spending time with her grandchildren, and supporting others going through cancer.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, September 17, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at Hurley Funeral Home in Havana, with a visitation one hour prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Tom Carlock will officiate. Burial will be held at a later date at Laurel Hill Cemetery in Havana.
