Dee Toye Obituary
She was born on August 9, 1961, in De Queen, Arkansas. She was a member of Kern Heights Baptist Church in De Queen. She enjoyed cooking, riding the ranger on her farm, floating the river, attending concerts, and spending time with her granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her father, Edward Dean Revels, and one brother, Paul Revels.
She is survived by her mother, Arlene Revels; her husband, Ronnie Toye; one son, Blake Toye (Brooke); one daughter, Randee Toye (Junior Rojas); five granddaughters, Landry, Leighton, Lennie Toye, Sutton and Scarlett Rojas; one brother, Greg Revels (Maribeth); and one sister, Susan Fitzsimmons, all of De Queen, along with a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mrs. Toye will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 5, 2026, in the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Bobby Fischer officiating. Burial will follow in Oddfellows Cemetery, under the direction of Wilkerson Funeral Home in De Queen.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, at the funeral home.
