Katheryn Birmingham Obituary
She was born on September 29, 1947, in Herlong, California. She was a member of the First Christian Church in De Queen, and she worked as a registered nurse, serving others for over 40 years. She loved reading and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved her critters and enjoyed her morning coffee on the back porch swing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Geraldine Hoffman; one son, Dion Carroll Birmingham; three brothers, Ronnie Hoffman, William Hoffman, and Joseph Hoffman.
She is survived by two sons, Shane Birmingham (Bobbie Jo) of Magnolia, AR, and Jerald Birmingham (Sarah) of De Queen; one daughter, Shannon Birmingham of De Queen; and a number of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Funeral service for Mrs. Birmingham will be held at 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 23, 2026, at the Wilkerson Funeral Home Chapel in De Queen, with Jerry Trauger officiating. Burial will follow in Cossatot Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, March 22, 2026, at the funeral home in De Queen.
