Delano Cromwell, a devoted family man and honorable veteran, passed away on June 23, 2024. He was born on May 28, 1933, and his legacy lives on through the countless lives touched during his time on earth
Delano proudly served in the Army for an admirable 30 years, ultimately retiring with the distinguished rank of Sergeant Major. Following his military career, he dedicated another 26 years of service to the United States Postal Service showcasing his unwavering commitment to his country.
Family was at the core of Delano being. He was a loving husband to his late wife and a cherished and father, grandfather, brother and brother n law. His presence brightened family gatherings as he regaled loved ones with his humor, and infectious laughter.
A man of many talents and interests, Delano had a passion for playing dominoes and was known for his culinary skills in the kitchen. His generosity knew no bounds; he was always willing to lend a helping hand and would go above and beyond to assist those in need.
Delano Cromwell's visitation will be held at Golden Gate Funeral Home in Fort Worth on June 30, 2024, followed by a funeral service at Pleasant Mt Gilead Missionary Baptist Church on July 1, 2024. At 11:00 AM. His impact will forever be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
