Delbert Stanley Obituary

Published by Wilson Family Funeral Home - Minneapolis on Feb. 4, 2019.

Delbert was born on December 3, 1935 and passed away in January 2019. Delbert was a resident of Bennington, Kansas at the time of passing. Del was a 1953 graduate of Bennington High School. He then served in the United States Army and was stationed in California. Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M., Thursday, February 7 at the Bennington Bible Church. Burial will be in the Bennington Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Wednesday at Wilson Family Funeral Home, Minneapolis, where the family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00. Memorials may be made to the Bennington Bible Church or Bennington E.M.S. I got to know Del through Alpha at First Covenant Church in Salina, and really came to enjoy seeing him and Dee each week. He always had encouraging words and a firm handshake. I was blessed to know him.
