Dell Hutchinson Sr. Obituary
Dell Arthur Hutchinson Sr, age 63, our hardworking, dedicated, and loving, father, grandfather, fiancé, brother, uncle, and friend passed away on Friday, August 25, 2023, in Saginaw, MI, surrounded by his loving family.
Dell was born on June 9, 1960, in Pontiac, MI, to parents David Sr. & Marian (Bragg) Hutchinson. He grew up in Lake Orion alongside his siblings and graduated from Lake Orion High School. Dell worked as a metal fabricator, but his true passion and talent was carpentry. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and was a movie buff. Above all, Dell loved his family and being “Papa” to his grandchildren.
He is forever loved by his fiancée, Gloria Craig; children: Dell (Tiffany) Hutchinson Jr., Jason (Crystal) Hutchinson, and Joe (Caitlyn) Hutchinson; 12 grandchildren; siblings, David (Lori) Hutchinson Jr., Wendy Berlin, and Rachelle (Mike) Kenworthy; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and friends; and his beloved dog, Ellie Mae.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother, Scott.
Funeral services for Dell will be at Hanlin Funeral Home - Vassar at 11 a.m. on Thursday, August 31, 2023; visitation beginning at 10 a.m. and lasting until the time of service.
