Leslie Carmen Neisler

Leslie Carmen Neisler (Eckler), 58, of Oxford, Michigan, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2026, at Trinity Health, surrounded by her family. Born on February 6, 1968, in Lake Orion, Leslie was known for her caring nature and sense of humor. She was guided throughout her life by her strong faith.

During her childhood, Leslie enjoyed softball and baton. She was a member of the Lake Orion High School Marching Band, where she played clarinet. After graduating from Lake Orion High School, she attended Saginaw Valley State University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in criminal justice.

Leslie spent much of her life caring for others, both in her personal life and through her work at Oakland Family Services, where she worked with children and families. Her faith remained an important part of who she was, and she stayed closely connected to her church, attending whenever she could and joining from home when needed.

Leslie is survived by her children, Regan and Rylee Neisler; her father, Edward Eckler Sr.; her brother, Ed Eckler Jr.; sister-in-law, Kim Eckler; and her aunt, Kelly Nicks. She was preceded in death by her mother, Sharon Eckler, and her aunt, Jeanine Schrader.

Her family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the many medical professionals and caregivers who supported Leslie throughout her life and in her final days. Their care and dedication meant a great deal to her and to those who loved her.

Leslie will be remembered for her kindness, faith, and the comfort she brought to those around her. Her memory will remain with all who knew and loved her.

Visitation will take place at Lake Point Community Church, 1550 W Drahner Rd, Oxford, MI 48371, April 11th, From 10am-11am, with a memorial service beginning at 11am. Following the service there will be a luncheon at Noon.
