Dellann (Dugan) Fultz, 86, of Cumberland, died February 15, 2023, at UPMC-Western Maryland.
She was born September 30, 1936, in Hancock, MD.
Dellann was predeceased by her parents William Dugan and Mildred Piper; stepfather Edward Ritchie; husbands, George "Sunny" Tyree, Norman Campbell, and Earl Fultz; son, Danny Tyree; brothers Roger Ritchie, Larry Ritchie, and William Dugan; and step-daughter Joan Campbell Stallings.
Dellann was a 1955 graduate of Fort Hill High School.
Dellann retired as manager of the Cumberland Arms Apartments, where she had worked for 28 years. She was also a former member of the Cumberland City Council.
She belonged to St. Paul's Lutheran Church for over 50 years and had volunteered with Bountiful Blessings. Dellann had been a member of many organizations, including Re Temple #118, Daughters of the Nile, Downtown Dollies, Red Hat Society of Cumberland, and 4th. District Women's Club.
Survivors include her children, Joy Martin and husband Stephen, with whom she resided, Julie Campbell and friend Ron, Steve Campbell and wife Terri, and Josh Campbell; brothers Gene Ritchie and wife Carol, Gary Ritchie and wife Sherry; sister-in-law Sandy Ritchie; grandchildren, Stephen Martin, Jr. and wife Joleen, Holly Hall and husband Chad, Heather Martin, Austin Campbell, Kelley Van Wingerden and husband Tyler, Nathan Campbell and wife Daryenn, and Thomas Price; great grandchildren Lilli, Liam, Trey, Eden, William, Cora, Anderson, and Katherine; several cousins, nieces and nephews; and a very dear friend, Rose Vanetta.
In accordance with her wishes, Dellann's services will be private.
