Delores D. Van De Loo, 93, of Sheboygan Falls, passed away on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at Pine Haven Christian Communities – Haven Drive Campus.
Delores was born in the Town of Wilson on March 27, 1931, daughter of the late Harry and Louisa (Meyer) Thimmig. She graduated from Oostburg High School.
On December 6, 1969, she was united in marriage to Clarence Van De Loo, he preceded her in death on November 4,1992.
Delores was employed at Wilson Mutual Insurance Company and retired in 1998. She was a lifelong member of Trinity Lutheran Church in the Town of Wilson. She volunteered at Bethesda Thrift Shop and the stitches and knitters of Trinity Lutheran Church.
Delores is survived by nieces and nephews, Linda (Dave) Thimmig Ten Dolle, Gary Thimmig, Jill (Mark) Cook Hagstrom, Taren Cook, Keith (Linda) Cook Jr., Spencer Kaeserman, other relatives, and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence; parents; brother, Kenneth (Sharon) Thimmig; sister, Rithe Cook; sister-in-law, Rosemary (Bernard) Dedering; and niece, Susan Kaeserman.
Funeral services will be held at Trinity Lutheran Church in the Town of Wilson on Wednesday, March 12, 2025, at 1:00pm. Entombment will take place at Garden of Peace Mausoleum at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Relatives and friends may greet the family at church from 11:00am until the time of service.
Memorials are appreciated in Delores’ name to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
