Delphina Robaskiewicz

Delphina Nathal Robaskiewicz, age 90, of Erie, PA., passed away on Thursday, June 2, 2022. She was born in Erie, PA., on June 10, 1931, daughter of the late Joseph and Adelina Jiuliante Nathal.
Delphina was a 1948 graduate of Strong Vincent High School. She worked for many years at the Erie Sports Store as a clerk and buyer. She was a long time parishioner of St. Lukes Catholic Church, and was involved with the Altar and Rosary Society. She was also a member of the Italian American Women's Association. She volunteered many years at the Second Harvest Food Bank, and she enjoyed going to all of her grandchildren's sporting events. She became an avid reader and loved the Erie County Public Library Bookmobile staff who delivered her books.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert (Robie) Robaskiewicz, daughter Roberta Thompson, three brothers, Victor, Ralph, and David Nathal, four sisters, Ventrina Fitzgerald, Coletta Ruef, Delores Weber, and Gloria Pilewskie, and grandson, Rob Robaskiewicz.
She is survived by her three daughters, Sharon Robaskiewicz of Alaska, Patrice Berchtold (John), and Lisa Yochim, grandchildren, Logan and Amanda Berchtold (Morgan), Benjamin and Joshua Yochim, and Makenzie and Michael Thompson, brother Alderic Nathal (Joan), sister-in-law Mary Ann Nathal, and in-laws Ronald and Mary Robaskiewicz, and many nieces, nephews, and cherished cousins.

Friends are invited to the Kloecker Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. 2502 Sassafras Street, on Monday, June 6, from 4 – 7 pm, and are invited to attend the prayer service at the funeral home on Tuesday, June 7, at 9:15 am as well as the Funeral Mass at 10 am at St. Luke's Church, followed by the burial at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
