Delton Williams

Delton Williams passed away March 7,2026 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital at the age of 94. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, Florena Little Williams and his son, Ronald Williams. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Joan Williams, his granddaughter, Olivia Williams, 5 brothers, Floyd Williams, Leaford Williams, Billy (Myrtle) Williams, Alton (Myrtle) Williams, Joe (Faye) Williams, a sister, Jewell Williams (Willie) Rhodes, 2 half-sisters, Eura Mae Cagle and Willodean Barker, and a half-brother, Roy Williams, numerous nieces and nephews, and his parents, George and Minnie Qualls Williams. Delton was baptized on May 16,1999 by Fate Britt Jr. at Pine Lake and became a faithful member of the Restored Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint, Lexington Restoration branch for the remainder of his life. His favorite activities were crappie fishing and mowing his yard. Visitation will be Monday, March 9,2026 at Reed's Chapel from 11AM until time of service. Graveside services will be Monday at 1PM at the Caraway Cemetery.
