He was born on December 4, 1993, in Augusta, Georgia, where he spent his formative years and grew to be a cherished member of the community.

DeMarkus was known for his vibrant spirit and warm-hearted nature. His kindness touched the lives of everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. Throughout his life, he embraced opportunities with enthusiasm and was a source of motivation and joy for family and friends. His legacy of positivity will continue to inspire those who remain.

In honor of DeMarkus's life, a visitation will be held on Saturday, January 3, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home, located at 314-A Laney Walker Blvd Ext., Augusta, Georgia, 30901. This will be a time for family and friends to gather, share memories, and celebrate the remarkable individual he was.

Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life will take place on Monday, January 5, 2026, starting at 11:00 AM and concluding at 12:00 PM, also at C.A. Reid Sr. Memorial Funeral Home. This gathering will provide an opportunity for all to come together in remembrance of DeMarkus, reflecting on the impact he made in the lives of so many.
