I always watch old Ellen Shows and found Demetrius and Darius. Two beautiful boys who sang like Angels. I wanted to find out how they had done with their talent and was sure they would do something great! I am so sad to learn about Demetrius leaving this earth! I am crying! He was too young. I pray for his family left behind to mourn his passing. I know he is an angel watching over us! Sending you my love and prayers always! No words are good enough to lose the life of a son and brother!

Four years since u left us and it´s still hurts so bad...I miss u so much brotha!! I had my nuddie with me all this week that boy is sum else lol!! It´s crazy cause he act just how Darius did when y´all was lil and reni acts like u..we miss u bro so much it hurts but we know your watching over us. Continue to rest in peace baby

I had a moment this morning baby brother...it’s been two years on yesterday since u left me. We had a ballon release on NYE for you...everybody was together like you always loved for us to do..I miss you so much and it still feels like a bad dream...Ik your watching over us and ya baby boy Pierre aka my nuddie...I have him every chance I get...Zion is his BFF I’m telling you! She’s his baldy and he’s her baldy lol..they remind me of how I was with you and Dari...I love you baby bro and continue watching over us LLeechie ❤

I remember going to middle school with the twins. I was a really shy and nerdy kid and they were both always really nice to me and talked to me and although it probably seemed small, I always remembered it and that made me feel like I mattered. Very good hearted person, it really saddens me that this happened.. my condolences to the family. Rest In Peace.

Yesterday was the first thanksgiving not having you.. it was tough , it's tough on a daily basis tbh. Even tho u wasn't with us on yesterday you were! All the love and laughter amongst family is what u loved. I miss u so much and you will forever be in my heart.

Tonight my heart is saddened. While reminiscing over some of my favorite songs, I decided to search for the young twin brothers singing 'Praise on the Inside' on YouTube. I fell in love with these young brothers the first time I saw them on video and on Ellen. Their harmony, happiness in singing and love for each other (even when singing with their little brother) always warms my soul. Well, I not only found their video but also found the memorial service for Demetrice. What a shocker!!! My deepest heartfelt condolences to Darius and the entire Gillespie family for your loss. May God bless and keep you but most importantly strengthen you all the days of your life.

This is so upsetting to me to see on of the twins died I've been watching them on Youtube when since they did their first video. My favorite song by them I would play over and over was "Praise on the inside". When I heard about it I was like wow you playing the twin really passed away!?!? Until I read about it and saw it on the news I couldn't believe what tragic event could've happened to such a blessed,talented young man like him. Gillespie/Tate family: I am sooo very sorry for your loss. I was shocked when I saw the news. Demetrice and Darius were special to many and I have very fond memories of them when they attended American Child (have found a few pics) and seeing them at the Family Annual Cookout at the Booker's.
