Dena Rae Schnelle

Dena Rae Schnelle, 67, of Florida, passed away on March 4, 2026. She was born in St. Marys, Ohio, and carried her lively spirit and deep love for family throughout her life.

Dena was known for her vibrant personality and infectious sense of humor. She loved all things country western and had a playful spirit that brought joy to those around her. Always the jokester, Dena had a special gift for making people laugh, often with a well-timed prank or a witty remark. Her laughter and lighthearted nature will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Above all, Dena cherished her family. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter, Brittney Erb (Danny) ; her daughter, Brogan Schnelle (Justin); her son, Bryce Schnelle (Jocelyn); and her beloved grandchildren, Jordyn, Sofia, and Grayson.

She is also survived by her siblings: Deb McIntyre (Ken), Dale Schnelle, Chris Lindemeyer (Dan), and Mark Schnelle (Kathy), as well as many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews who will cherish her memory.

Dena was preceded in death by her parents, Nola Puthoff and Jack Schnelle, and her brother, Gary Schnelle.

A celebration of Dena's life will be planned at a future date to allow all family and friends the opportunity to gather, remember, and honor the joy she brought into their lives.
