Denise Biehl, 73, passed away December 21, 2025. Born in Canton on October 19, 1952 a daughter of the late Robert Cowan and Gayle (Renzenbrink) Cowan. Besides her father she is preceded in death by ex-husband Kevin Biehl. Denise was the kind of person who made everyone feel like family. Selfless to her core, she was a grandma to many and a caretaker to all, always putting the needs of others before her own. She loved family game nights, especially playing euchre. Fiercely loyal to a fault, Denise proved this devotion most clearly by remaining a die-hard Cleveland Browns fan through every season good, bad, and downright heartbreaking and by cheering faithfully for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Christmas was her favorite time of year. She loved the laughter, the togetherness, and the joy of sharing the season with those she loved. Her faith was a guiding force throughout her life. Denise was a devoted member of First Christian Church for many years, where her love for God and for others was evident in the way she lived and served. She was an avid garage saler, always looking for a good bargain or finding something that people may need. She will be remembered for her generous heart, her unwavering loyalty, her strong faith, and the laughter she brought into every room. Survived by daughter Kim Biehl; son Keith Biehl; sister Lyn Cowan; brother Carl Wendling; 4 grandchildren Haven Miner, Draven Miner, Libbie Rowe; Jeremy Moore; 3 furry best friends Coco, Missy, Buddy as well as many cousins other family members and friends. A celebration of life will be held on January 10th, 2026 at 1 PM in the New Hope Chapel • 9460 Portage St NW, Massillon Ohio 44646 • Everyone is welcome to enjoy food and share memories.
