Denise Boyce Obituary
Denise was born January 13, 1961 in Carrollton, GA, the daughter of the late Benny Joe Hall and the late Ruth Chance Hall. She was a travel agent, worked for Hometown Bank and later became a Homemaker. She enjoyed the simple things in life like putting puzzles together, reading, crafting and crocheting. Denise had a passion for traveling which brought excitement and fulfillment. She was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church Villa Rica and a member of the Helping Hands Life Group.
Denise is survived by her husband of 29 years, Michael "Mike" Boyce, step-son, Brandon Boyce of San Diago, CA, sister and brother-in-law, Felicia and Wayne Pelfrey of Villa Rica, niece, Hannah Pelfrey of Villa Rica, nephew, Josh Pelfrey of Jacksonville, FL, sister-in-law, Barb Dixon of Pittsburg. PA, cousins, Cheryl and Rex Bell of Villa Rica, Cindy and Eddie Cole of Villa Rica, and many loving and caring friends also survive.
The family will receive friends at J. Collins Funeral Home, Thursday, February 22, 2024 from 4:00 PM until 6:00 PM.
Memorial Service will be conducted Thursday, February 22, 2024 at 6:00 PM from the Chapel of J. Collins Funeral Home with Rev. Ricky Shadrix officiating and Eulogy will be given by Gary Thomas. Music selections will be provided by Mark Camp.
Private Inurnment Service will be held in the Hillcrest Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to the First Baptist Church Villa Rica in memory of Denise.
