Denise Dudek, age 74 of Chicago. Beloved daughter of the late John M Dudek, MD and Josephine B Dudek, nee Piorkowski; dear sister of John M Dudek, Edward Dudek and the late Paul (Margaret Roche) Dudek; loving aunt of many nieces and nephews, dear cousin and friend to many.
