Denise was known for her strong will and unwavering spirit. A devoted mother and grandmother, she took great pride in her family, particularly her role as a grandmother, earning the endearing title of “Granny.” In addition to her family, Denise had a profound affection for her dogs, embodying their companionship and loyalty. Her home was a warm haven, reflecting her love and passion for life.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Willard and Rhonda Selvey, and her daughter, Jessie Poore.
She is survived by her son, Shawn Poore and his wife Katie, along with her grandchildren, Rilee Stephens, Caden Boyd, Alexis Boyd, Emerson Stephens, and Anna Poore and a host of relatives and friends who will remember her fondly.
Denise's legacy will live on in the hearts of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
