Dennis Anders Obituary
Born in Brownsville, PA, he was a resident of Stow since 1970, and a U.S. Army veteran stationed in Thailand.
Preceded in death by his parents, Wilbur and Evelyn Anders, and his brother, Bud. He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Madeline Anders; daughter, Patti (Don) Smerk; brothers, Baron (June), and Gary (Lois); sister, Donna; sister-in-law, Lisa, and many nieces and nephews.
Dennis was a skilled heavy equipment mechanic, retiring in 2009. After retirement, he never slowed down. He was always working on a project in his many garages, helping a friend, and loved to have the solution to a problem. His passions were hunting deer, turkey, and enjoying the great outdoors at his cabin in southern Ohio.
Pastor Dan Page will conduct service 10 AM, Saturday, April 27, 2024, at Redmon Funeral Home, 3633 Darrow Road, Stow, OH 44224. Friends may call 4 - 7 PM, Friday, April 26, 2024, at the funeral home. Interment Silver Springs Cemetery.
Should friends desire, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 21741.
