Dennis Brys

Ae 69, August 6, 2023. Beloved husband of Gail. Loving father of Stephanie (Jason) Jacob, Nicholas (Lena) Shock, Linsey (Andrew) Lozon and Dale (Kimberly) Brys. Dear grandfather of Kylee, Griffin, Madeline, Mackenzie, Owain, Nicholas, Alexander, Michael, Preston and Lucy. Dear brother of Cheryl (John) Girard, Denise Meggie, Laura (Dan) Nixon and the late Darryl Brys. Also survived by his fur babies Baxter and Oscar.
Dennis worked as a truck driver for many years until his retirement. After retirement he took a position as a bus driver for the Allen Park School District. He loved driving the bus very much. Dennis would make friends with everyone he met, and loved spending time with them. He was a joy to be around. His greatest passion in life was his family, especially his grandchildren, which he adored. He was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew him.
Cremation services were chosen. A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday August 18, 2023, from 9 am until 1 pm at Weise Funeral Home, 7210 Park Ave., Allen Park, MI 48101.
