I just found out about Dennis this morning. I owe so much to him. He helped me through my darkerst hours and was a beam of light who taught me how to love myself. I will always be grateful. ❤

While I am in sorrow over learning of Dennis' passing, I am encouraged to know that he awakened in Heaven with a new body and with his sight restored. I was with Dennis on Guam at the Naval Hospital after we were medicaved out of 'Nam. Also, I am grateful to his wife Peggy who helped him find his way. Semper Fi, Dan

Peggy and Family,
Dennis was a gem. One of the jewels of this earth who brought joy and inspiration to all who crossed his path. As a young man, he always made me feel welcomed and valued. We lost a huge heart. He was a soldier of truth, goodness and love, and I am so proud and honored to call him my friend. My love to all of you. He is now with his pal, my brother Charley, and they're raising a ruckus together for sure. Oh, what a party they're having!

I am so sorry for your loss. I know how much Dennis meant to the entire Guerin family and, by proxy, ours, as well. There are so many things to be said about the people who serve, and Dennis is one of those people. His loss is felt so thoroughly through Val's words.
