Funeral services for Dennis M. Coleman are Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, 9:30 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Mt Olivet Cemetery.
Mr. Coleman, 83 years old, died on Saturday, July 5, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital Carroll Co. He is a member of First Baptist Church, loved his Lord and savior Jesus Christ and his family. He retired from Replogle Lumber Company as a lumber grader and was a Staff Sergeant and Tank commander for the TN National Guard. He was born on July 24, 1941, in McKenzie to John and Mary Elizabeth Cunningham Coleman.
He is survived by his daughters Sherry (Joey) McGee of Huntingdon and Lisa Coleman of Palm Springs, CA, a son Chris (Joy) Coleman of Paris, a sister Pamela Orrell of CA, two brothers Keith (Linda) Coleman and Robyn Coleman all of McKenzie, eight grandchildren Hasadiah Coleman, Noah Floyd, Hadassah Coleman, Jennifer Perritt, Clayton (Stefan) McGee, Katy (Cody) Knuutila, Jayden McGee and Hayley McGee, and seven great grandchildren Porter, Micah, Noah, Rylee, Eva, Stone and Riggs.
He is preceded in death by his parents, his wives Carolyn Coleman and Peggy P Coleman, a daughter Jennifer Coleman, a son Jeff Perritt, a brother Johnny Mack Coleman and a grandson Michael Floyd.
