Obituary of Dennis Frederick Conour
Dennis F. Conour, 84, of Montreal, MO, passed away on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at home surrounded by the love of his family.
Dennis was born August 24, 1938, in Burke, South Dakota. He is the son of Arlene (Bond) Seyeller and Fredrick Weickum and subsequently adopted by James Conour at a young age.
Dennis joined the Navy when he was 17 years old and was stationed on the USS Hana DE449 where he worked as a 3 class boiler tender. When he left the Navy, he found work as a lineman. He spent many years climbing poles. He also had his own business for some time, Shabbona Tree Service, in Shabbona, IL.

He was united in marriage to Beverly (Clemons) Conour on September 19, 1989, in Richmond, IL. Dennis was the most caring loving husband, father, and grandfather. He also loved going to church and loved Jesus and God. He will be missed greatly by all who know him.
He always had a smile on his face and loved to make people laugh, he also loved to leave little cute messages on his family members facebook posts, always sending love to each of them.
He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle, and brother and will be missed greatly by all who knew him.
