Dennis Dahl, Sr. Obituary
Specialist Dennis Dahl served in the Army from June, 1969 to April, 1971, Proud Vietnam Vet. After his military service, he dedicated 33 years of his life to Metro Transit Bus company.
Dennis is survived by his son, Dennis "DJ" Dahl Jr; daughter Jodi (Troy) Erickson; sister Laurie (John) Bell; brothers, Richard (Judy) Dahl, Jerald (Darlene) Dahl, and Ricky (Cherie) Dahl; grandchildren, Kolton Brodal and Mitchell Brodal. He was a grandpa-figure to more than just his grandkids. He was also survived by nieces, nephews and their spouses as well as many other family and friends.
A ceremony to honor Dennis will be held at 12 Noon Saturday, May 25 at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Lino Lakes, 7050 Lake Dr., Lino Lakes, MN 55014. Luncheon to follow at the Lino Lakes Legion, 7731 Lake Dr., Lino Lakes, MN 55014. Visitation at the funeral home from 11 AM - 12 Noon Saturday.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred, and family will donate to the Mora High School football team and Fishing with Vets.
Dennis will be remembered for his dedication to God, his country, his family, his long-standing career, and his commitment to his community. He was known for his incredibly generous heart. He did not hesitate help someone in need. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
