Eunice A. Differding

Eunice was born on August 14, 1941, in Alma City, MN to Albert and Louise (Rudolph) Roeker. She graduated from Pemberton High School and went on to Mankato Beauty School where she earned her cosmetology license.

She moved to Minneapolis in 1964 and began a new career in assembly, which would last a lifetime. The majority of her career was spent at Honeywell both before and after raising children.

In 1970, she married the love of her life, Adolph Differding and they had three children: David (Janass) Differding, Steven Differding and Ruth (Don) Jacques.

As a young lady she enjoyed sewing clothes, taking her children to the park and listening to her husband sing and play guitar in their family room. In mid-life she returned to Honeywell to work and loved spending time with family and friends, crafting and knitting on the weekends. In retirement she loved gardening, playing dice with friends and traveling with family.

Survived by her children, David (Janass) Differding, Steven Differding, Ruth (Don) Jacques; and grandchildren, Madeline Differding, Claire Differding, Julia Differding, Nick Jacques.

Preceded in death by parents, Albert and Louise Roeker; brothers & sisters, Ervin (Shirley) Roeker, Violet (Jim) Brewer, Duane Roeker, Wallace (JoAnn) Roeker, Mildred (Ed) Ruekert, and Dolores Roeker; and in-laws, Helen (Sievert) Otsby, Jean (Norm) Otsby, Florence (George) Weiss, Sylvester (Shirley) Differding, Mary (Gordon) Evenson, Frank (Helen) Differding, Ben (Bernice) Differding, Dolores (Danny) Gereszek, Jerome (Vicky) Differding, Charles (Gerry) Differding, Pete (Deloris) Differding, Sophie Differding, and Pat (Thomas) Brchal.

Private interment at Oak Park Cemetery in Columbus, MN.
